What We Ate For New Year’s Eve

In our weekly “What did you eat?” segment, the NotAFoodie crew discussed New Year’s Eve. Tom cooked for a dozen people, and he explains all the dishes he made including- his Oysters Rockefeller recipe and a little history of the tradition of eating Cotechino Sausage and Lentils. Tom also talks about his slow-smoked leg of lamb entré, and how a little experiment with his smoker and a bottle of wine made some of the best sauce ever.
